How to Eliminate Neglect Findings

Neglect findings can affect your life for years, even depriving you of the ability to work in education or elder care. However, they can be eliminated. Link in our bio.





Too many people are unaware of the fact that if you plead guilty or even after a trial you admitted or you were found to have abused or neglected a child, believe it or not, thank god, you are able to eliminate those findings.


Very few people try to do it, but it can be done.


What has to be pled and proved is that you have to prove that in fact, there is good cause for eliminating the finding, and those are facts specific and legal specific input that we would need to have.


Secondly, we must be able to show to the court that it is in the child's best interest that- that finding be eliminated.


So, please give us a call. We'll be happy to help you eliminate that abuse or neglect from F from the past; and it doesn't have to be 10 years ago. It could be three months ago or two months ago.
